Easy exchange within 7 days of purchase, with your original receipt.
Item must be unworn and in its original box, clean and undamaged.
Exchange in-store at Commercial Market, Rawalpindi — or arrange it with us on WhatsApp.
Sale items can be exchanged for a different size only (subject to availability).
Delivery charges for courier exchanges are shared as per the current courier rate.
Bring the item and receipt together so our team can process the swap on the spot.
